The service

Leak Lab provides conversion diagnostics based on the public customer path available at the time of review. A paid audit includes the findings and scope described on the checkout page and is ordinarily delivered within 24 hours after complete website information is received.

What the audit is—and is not

Findings are professional observations and prioritized test recommendations. They are not a guarantee of traffic, leads, conversion rate, profit, or other business outcome. Observed friction is not presented as proven lost revenue without supporting measurement.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide a website you own, manage, or are authorized to have reviewed, and accurate contact information. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to implement recommendations and for testing their effect.

Payments, delivery, and refunds

Paid audits are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. If we cannot perform the review, we will cancel or refund the purchase. Because the service is custom work, completed and delivered audits are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where the delivered service materially differs from the stated scope.

Acceptable use

Do not submit private credentials, payment card data, health information, or other sensitive information through the free-snapshot form. Do not use the service to harass, deceive, or gain unauthorized access to another party's systems.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Leak Lab is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site, audit, or implementation decisions.
