Information we collect

When you request a free snapshot, we collect the name, email address, website, and optional context you submit. Stripe separately processes payment and checkout information for paid audits under its own privacy practices.

How we use it

We use submitted information to review the public website, respond to the request, deliver the purchased service, provide support, prevent abuse, and keep necessary business records. We do not sell submitted contact information or add free-snapshot requests to an unrelated mailing list.

Public-site reviews

Leak Lab may inspect publicly available website pages and business information to perform the requested diagnostic. A review describes observable friction and does not claim access to private analytics unless the customer separately provides them.

Retention and security

We retain request and transaction records only as reasonably needed for service delivery, support, fraud prevention, and legal or accounting obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may reply to any service email to request access, correction, or deletion of submitted information, subject to records we must retain for legal or transaction purposes.
